  1. Melt the Chocolate and Butter:
    Place the white chocolate chips and butter in a heat-safe bowl.
  2. Warm the Cream:
    Heat the heavy cream in a small pot until it reaches a gentle simmer, then pour it over the chocolate and butter.
  3. Mix Until Smooth:
    Stir until everything is fully melted and silky.
  4. Add Lemon Flavor:
    Mix in the lemon juice and lemon zest until fully combined.
  5. Incorporate the Powdered Sugar:
    Gradually stir in the powdered sugar. Add yellow food coloring if you want a brighter look.
  6. Chill the Mixture:
    Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until the mixture firms up.
  7. Shape the Truffles:
    Scoop and roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
  8. Coat in Powdered Sugar:
    Lightly roll each truffle in powdered sugar.
  9. Refrigerate Before Serving:
    Chill the finished truffles for at least 30 minutes so they can set properly.
