Ingredients:
For the Crust
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (such as Oreos, crushed)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 8 oz German chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Coconut Pecan Topping
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
