Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Crust: Mix almond flour, 1 tbsp sweetener, melted butter, and half the chocolate chips. Press into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, yogurt, remaining sweetener, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust.

Topping: Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.

Cool completely, then chill for 2 hours before slicing into bars.
