- 1 cup whipping cream plus 2 Tablespoons divided
- 3.4 oz instant butterscotch pudding
- 3/4 cup butterscotch chips roughly chopped and divided
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- Butterscotch chips to garnish
- Caramel Drizzle to garnish
