C. BBQ sauce

1 tsp. Cumin
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Ground mustard
2 Tbsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Black pepper
2 tsp. Onion powder
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Garlic powder

Preparing and Searing the Brisket
STEP 1: Heat the oven to .
STEP 2: Mix together the ingredients for the rub in a bowl, and press it over all the sides of the beef brisket.
STEP 3: Place the brisket onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the brisket from the oven.
Slow Cooking
STEP 4: Whisk together the bouillon cube, water, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, and pour it into the slow cooker.
STEP 5: Add the beef brisket to the slow cooker.
STEP 6: Cover and cook on Low for 8â10 hours. Turn the meat halfway through the cooking time.
Finishing and Serving
STEP 7: Remove the meat, shred with forks, and then brush with more BBQ sauce.
