1️⃣ Prep the Cream Filling
- In a large bowl, gently fold vanilla extract into the whipped cream until smooth.
- Stir in rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed throughout the whipped cream.
2️⃣ Soften the Oreos
- Pour the milk into a shallow dish.
- Quickly dip each Oreo into the milk for 1–2 seconds—don’t soak them, or they’ll become mushy!
3️⃣ Layer the Cake
- In a 9×9-inch dish (or similar-sized pan), create a base layer of the softened Oreos.
- Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a final layer of whipped cream on top.
4️⃣ Chill
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) so the cookies can soften and the flavors can meld together.
5️⃣ Serve & Garnish
- Before serving, sprinkle additional rainbow sprinkles on top for a festive touch.
